New option of In-Person sessions
As someone who has personal experience with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I strongly believe that having the right type of support makes navigating life with this arduous yet resourceful brain so much easier. Whether you want a one-time piece of guidance or would like to step into the deep, for a block of six sessions, I offer the kind of support that will instigate growth and lifelong skills, often with some giggles along the way.
I am a certified ADHD Coach working with clients from all walks of life, from the age of 12, into adulthood and well past the changes that come with later life. Alongside my accredited ADHD training, my experience as a teacher (Key Stages 2, 3 & 4) gives me the skills to support young people to navigate through hormonal changes, education workload and relationship challenges. Also, my parental perspective enables me to support people parenting adolescents with ADHD, with understanding and without judgement. As a person of a certain age, my lived experience enables me to support others when facing life's challenges. I have a master's degree in psychology, which has instilled my insistence on using peer reviewed research to support my practice. These combinations allow me to provide a holistic approach to coaching.
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions, with the occasional domestic animal in the background. Alongside my knowledge of ADHD, I have experience with other neurodivergent types, such as AuDHD, autism and DCD. I am also a sincere advocate for the queer, or if you prefer LGBTQIA+, community, so our sessions remain safe, inclusive and without prejudice. These are your sessions and we can deep-dive into any area important to you. This may include support with focus, productivity, emotional regulation, organisation, stress management, relationships and personal development ... and most of all just finding yourself!
